Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Tequila and 5 drops of Angostura Bitters. Top up with Limeade (Minute Maid works best). Stir and garnish with the lemon wedge.

Why Conchito? I wanted a Mojito, but had none of the ingredients! Mix my last name into it and this turned out to be a real crowd pleaser.
