Prepare a tall glass then add the Chocolate Liqueur, next add the Vanilla Vodka, and the Bailey's Irish Cream. Apply Hot Chocolate to beverage slowly whilst stirring with butter knife. Top with Whipped Cream and Cherry. Served hot or cold.
