Purchase one two liter of Mountain Dew. Pour out 1/3 of the soda and add one packet cherry kool aid. Fill the bottle back up with the cheapest Cherry Vodka you can find. Burnett's is perfect as it is both cheap, and made in Kentucky! Serve over ice in a disposable cup. Garnish with welfare check if desired.
