Rockglass, 4 limewedges (half lime in wedges), and a half of the amount of sugar that you use in a Caipirinha. Add 15 ml apple liquor, and 5-10 ml of cinnamon syrup. That's what you start with. Muddle. Fill the glass with crashed ice, pour 50 ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, than stirr throughly. Garnish with a slice of apple. Lovely!!
