This is a recipe from San Francisco Mag mixed by Thad Vogler. Drink is named for British Officer's Club in Rangoon. Proportions are a guess. Use Countreau for orange liqueur. Add ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass (pic is martini glass without stem and color is rich yellow). Add garnish. Good luck with proportions.
