Chill all ingredients. Take a shot glass, fill it about 1/3 full with raspberry syrup (black currant or sour cherry syrup will do as well), tilt the shot glass slightly, and pour in vodka on the side of the glass. The shot will be split in color, the clear vodka on top, the dark red syrup on the bottom - it's similar to a polish flag and thus the name.
