Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Vodka, next add the Peppermint Liqueur. Stir to mix and chill. Strain into a glass. (Preferably use non-flavored Absolut Vodka and 100 proof Peppermint Liquer; both the Vodka and Peppermint Liquer should be stored in a Freezer)
