Pour the Dry Vermouth and Gin into a shaker filled with cracked ice. Cover, shake vigorously for 5 seconds, and strain quickly into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel. For an extra dry version pour only the Dry Vermouth into the shaker of ice, swirl the Vermouth to coat the ice, and pour off any excess. Then add the Gin, and proceed as before. Cheers!
