Made this one up the other night.

You want to use a decent blended scotch for this, probably not a good single malt. Add the scotch, Frangelico, and lemon juice (I use about half a part, actually) to a shaker packed with ice, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist. Enjoy slowly.
