Prepare a cup of coffee (a bit larger than you normally would), add the coffee liqueur to taste, (i prefer kahlua), and add about a shot or two of rum. Stir gently until ingredients are mixed. Add whipped cream on top and a little bit of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream if you would like.
