Begin by cooling a martini glass. While it is cooling, fill a shaker with ice and add equal parts gin and cranberry juice. Add a libral amount of fresh mint (Don't forget to clap it between your hands to release the flavour). Next, cut a lemon in half and squeeze it to add the lemon juice. To finish, add a splash of Blue Curacao to give it some color. Shake well and double strain into the martini glass (The double straining is important or else you'll end up with bits of mint floating in the drink. It's not very attractive). Serve with a sprig of mint.
