Pour 3/4 cup Cointreau over fruit (3 peach & 8 strawberries). Add 1/2 cup simple syrup (1 cup water with 1/2 cup sugar). Let sit for 1/2 hour. Add 1 bottle white wine. Pour into ice filled glasses.
