To make a flamed peel: Hold the twist (ideally about 1 1/2 inches long) by the side, not the ends, skin side down, a few inches above the drink. Hold a match between the drink and the twist, close to the twist. Snap the twist, releasing the oil through the flame and onto the surface of the drink. Great for summer or any dark venue - flames are always a pleaser. Yeah, fire! |
