Take a tall glass, add as much Baily's or off-brand equivelent as you desire. Add milk - decent milk, no 1% B.S. Stir in two spoonfuls of Quik. Grab some oreos and do the dunk!

NOTE: If anything is unchilled, serve over an ice cube or two.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: For an experimental thrill, throw the drink in a blender WITH the oreos. Mmm...crumbley!
