Combine 2 oz. gin, 1 oz. cherry brandy, 1/4 oz. Cointreau (or other orange liqueur), 1/4 oz. DOM Bénédictine herbal liqueur, 4 oz. pineapple juice, 1.5 oz. lemon juice (or lime juice, if you prefer), 1/2 oz. grenadine, and a dash of Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. You may also garnish with an orange slice if you like.
