Garnish: Cherry Source: The Art of Drink, December 2005 Mix gin, cherry liqueur (Cherry Mariner or cherry brandy will suffice, 1/2 oz,) pineapple juice, Benedictine (herbal liqueur/infused cognac, 1/4 oz,) orange curacao (1/4 oz) and a dash of grenadine. Shake with ice, then strain into a sling glass with crushed ice. Fill to top with club soda and garnish with cherry. |
