 Garnish: Cherry & an orchid Source: The Art of Drink, December 2005 Shake rum, orange curacao, lime juice, orgeat syrup, simple syrup and grenadine with ice and strain into a poco glass with crushed ice. Float dark rum, garnish with a cherry and an orchid, if it all possible. (Orgeat is almond syrup, the simple syrup should be 1/4th a part, the grenadine merely a dash for color.) |
