Use a tall glass full of ice. In a shaker, put in the kahlua, jameson, and baileys then mix. Add the milk and mix again. Pour the contents into the glass and enjoy. The amount of each type of liqour can very depending on your own taste. You can also substitute vodka for the jameson.
