Brass Monkey by Bruce

1 part Bailey's Irish Cream

1 part Banana schnapps

1 part Creme de Cacao

1 part Coffee liqueur

1 part Milk

Use an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Kahlua coffee liqueur - 1 oz.
Banana schnapps - 1.5 oz.
Bailey's Irish Cream - 1.5 oz.
Creme de Cacao - 1 oz.
Milk (or cream) - 1 oz.

Shake well and pour. Best served cold.

Trisha, the Strawberry Tabby g.f., told me about this one. I based the "Banana Cream Pie" recipie on it, but this has a chocolately taste courtesy of the Cacao.
