Prepare a cocktail glace with a rim of chocolate syrup. Mix equal quantaties of Strawberry Vodka and Creme de Cacao in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into cocktail glass. Can optionally be served without the chocolate rim, and with a Hershey's Kiss as garnish.
