The rich and creamy vanilla of cream soda mix elegantly with the buttery vanilla flavors in the Schnapps. If you use Bombay Sapphire, the vanilla theme is extended as the gin is distilled with vanilla. Simply brilliant.
In a mixer pour Gin and Butterscotch Schnapps over ice and shake (or stir if you prefer). If you wish to serve it up, strain it in a chilled Martini glass. If you prefer the drink on the rocks, strain into a highball glass, or forego straining altogether. Top the glass off with the cream soda and garnish with a Maraschino cherry for color.
