A slighly tart derivative of the martini. This martini is much better with Rose's Lime Juice than with fresh, a rarity in cocktails. If you do decide to use fresh, add a little bit of powdered sugar or simple syrup to the mix.

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge. Combine the liquid ingredients (gin and Rose's lime juice) in a mixing glass, with ice. Stir, and strain into the cocktail glass. Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink and drop in.
