This is the way my friends from Brasil tought me to make it. Peel the lime (so you don't get the bitter taste when you mash it)and cut it to pieces. Put it in a strong glass (2 dcl) and add 1 table spoon of suggar (works for me). Mash and mix... Fill the glass with chrused ice and pour cachaca... add a straw... Enjoy
