Pour in a shaker, the coconut water, rum (I like to use haitian Rum Barbancourt) and brown sugar, shake very well.
Pour in a tall glass filled with crushed ice and add lime juice. As a little extra I like to drizzle a bit of coconut shaving on top (fresh, preferably).
