Place several large ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass and add the Gin, Campari Bitters, and Sweet Vermouth (red). Stir gently and serve with an Orange slice. This is especially good before dinner.

I'm just drinking this for the first time now, and it's delicious. I went out and bought Campari just because of rave reviews of this drink elsewhere. Next I'm going to try the Americano (no Gin). - seanblake(431 days ago)
I like this served up, rather than on the rocks, but it is a favorite before-dinner drink. Use a quality vermouth - I like Punt e Mes or Vya. - jtavan(443 days ago)
