Combine vodka, pink lemonade, and lemon-lime soda. Pour into glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon twist.

Note: I made this at a cocktail party I had for Valentine's Day and it was a hit. I froze ice cubes in the shape of hearts and used them in the pink drink.
