Extratasty - Hendrick's Martini by owenproco - Ingredients: Gin, Cucumber, Ice

1 part Gin

Cucumber

Ice

Place two thin cucumber slices into a chilled martini glass. Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the Hendricks Gin. Shake to chill. Strain the Hendricks into the glass. Enjoy.

muddle about two inches of whole cucumber in base of shaker, add two parts Hendricks gin (50ml) + Very small dash of Syrup du Gomme (Sugar Syrup) this is used for balance not sweetness. Shake vigorously, double strain, garnish with a cucumber slice, fanned or not... Serve Straight up in a Martini...of course.

	Very refreshing...I like to put the cucumber in the shaker with the ice and the booze. It really helps to release the flavor of the cucumber. I also sometimes add a splash of soda. - Alexicon (325 days ago)
