Extratasty - Perfect Manhattan by Zeat - Ingredients: Bourbon, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth

1.5 parts Bourbon

A splash of Dry Vermouth

A splash of Sweet Vermouth

1 1/2 oz bourbon, 2 tsp each dry & sweet vermouth. Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass, with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass

Be sure to add a splash of angosoura bitters. A Manhattan ain't a manhattan w/o bitters. Then it's just Bourbon and Vermouth. :-) Although I always get my Manhattans Perfect... not too sweet, not too dry. - Lantheaume (735 days ago)
