Prepare coffee cups. Then in a pot mix the Coffee liqueur, Caramel Liqueur and Rum. Slowly add the brewed espresso or strong coffee to the pot. Warm the contents of the pot on a medium heat, do not boil. When warm, turn down heat, add milk and cream. Do not let the mixture boil. Once the mixture is completely warm pour into coffee cups and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
