In a blender, blend 1 banana, 2oz pineapple juice, 2 oz coconut cream, 1 oz sugar syrup with 1-2 ice cubes. Remove the banana mixture from the blender. Again in the blender, blend a handful of strawberries with both 1 oz of each rum, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 1-2 ice cubes.

Pour the banana mixture into a hurricane glass, then slowly top the glass with the strawberry mixture. The strawberry mixture should start to creep down the edges of the glass resembling the lava flow. Garnish with a strawberry or a pineapple wedge and serve with a straw and an cocktail umbrella.
