Prepare a shaker full of ice then add the Citrus Vodka, next add the Cranberry juice, next add the Ice.
Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Requires SKYY Citrus. One of the better citrus vodkas, as you can actually taste and smell the various types (grapefruit, lime, tangerine, etc.)
Also, please use REAL cranberry juice, not cocktail
