Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Red wine*, next add the Ginger ale, next add the Ice.

* Red table wine - something in a screw top jug. CK Cellars FORTISSIMO is the authentic preference.

This is the way grandpa did it growing up. I still find when I'm not really in my usual vodka mood, it's a great alternative to beer - sitting in the yard, at the beach, watching the game, etc.
