Make the Shot as large or small as desired. Pour half vanilla vodka, half Hazelnut liquer (Frangelico works good). Coat a lemon wedge with sugar, equal, or splenda (the more the better). Drink the shot and then suck on sugar coated lemon wedge for 3 seconds. It'll will make you have one more, and then one more, and then . . .
