Boil 16oz. water. Add grape jello until well disolved. take off heat and add 16oz. chilled champagne. Pour into small cups and refrigerate until set. (Suprisingly BUBBLY!)
(I bought 3/4oz. cups from Smart n Final and turned them upside down in the fridge to make them easier to slurpe out!)
