Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Pepper Vodka, next add the Bloody Mary Mix, next add the Worcestershire sauce, just a dash. Two shakes of Black Pepper. Two dashes of Tabasco Sauce. And top off with just a hint of Guinness stout. Stir and serve.
