Pour half of the peach juice into a stemmed Champagne glass, slowly add Prosecco to 2/3 way up the glass, letting the froth settle, then top up with more peach juice. Try not to stir, as this tends to prematurely rob the Prosecco of its effervescence. Relax, and enjoy. |
