This cocktail is a “James Bond” original, actually an Ian Fleming original from the book Casino Royal: "Three measures of Gordon's (gin), one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet, shake it over ice then add a thin slice of lemon peel"

Lillet Blonde is still available, but Kina Lillet hasn't been on the market since around 1984.
