Prepare a shaker full of ice then add the Vodka, next add the Raspberry liqueur, next add the Orange juice, next add the Sweet and sour.


Shake. Fill martini glass 3/4. Top off with champagne. Serve up with a Dumm Dumm lollipop stir.
