1 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Nutmeg Blend in 2 blocks Butter (1 cup) Melted 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream (I prefer Vanilla Bean type) Place in a your freezer When your ready for a drink. 1 Tablespoon of Mix in common coffee cup (6oz). 1 shot Rum of your choice (1.5oz) Fill remainder of cup with boiling hot water. Stir and let cool to your drinking pleasure. Twists I add sometimes to the topping, nutmeg, Shaved chocolate, Mint leaf, Red Crystal sugar. The Mix should stay the same but how much Mix/Rum/Water can be fudged to taste. |
