2 oz. Gin 1 oz. Yellow Chartreuse (ExtraTasty is calling it "Herbal Liqueur", which it is, but you need this SPECIFIC herbal liqour) 2 dashes of Orange Bitters (do not substitue Angosoura, please.) with plenty of ice. You want an Alaska very cold. Strain contents into a cocktail/up glass (Some call this a Martini Glass which pisses me off to no end, but if it helps you use the right glass it's worth it as a direction). Drop in a lemon twist, and serve. |
