Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the apple schnapps, sparkling water (I prefer Bonaqua Lemon) add a splash of lime juice and stir.
Note that the booze-mixers ratio is just a guideline, please experiment! :)
Also note that you should use sparkling water with lemon flavor (hence Bonaqua Lemon)
