Prepare a rocks glass with a few cubes of ice. Add Bourbon, then the Ginger beer.

If you like your bourbon soft, try Woodford Reserve, otherwise Maker's Mark.

Ginger beer is a non-alcoholic, but more potent version of ginger ale. The better varieties use real sugar instead of corn syrup, are strong with ginger root, sweet with honey, and often cloudy. You may need to roll the bottle before you pour to stir it a bit.
