 Keeping it similar to the gin fizz... by jburnsI usually look a drinks like this as a milder variation of a classic gin drink...As such, I would mix this as such: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 1 1/2-2 oz vodka, a squeeze of lemon or lime (judged to taste anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of the fruit). Fill with club soda until satisfied. OPTIONALLY, you can add about 1/2 an ounce of simple syrup, though I feel like the vodka doesn't need it the same way a gin fizz does.
