Das Gessler is a refreshing drink that is a welcome alternative to the mojito. The mint makes the drink refreshing in the summer while the Amaretto adds a touch warmth that is perfect for the winter.

To make Das Gessler, bruise 2-3 sprigs of mint in a tall glass then top off glass with ice. Next add 1 half Amaretto and 1 half sparking water.

Take a few sips of the first drink and adjust the mix of amaretto to sparkling water to your likings. Serve to your guests and enjoy!
