Stick a pineapple ring in a big flat bottomed glass (champange type variety), add some chilli peppers & a touch of honey, douse liberally with the rum then ignite! Let it burn away caramelising the pineapple and taking the edge off the chilli's, then enjoy it's red hot lovelyness.
