4 parts Rum

4 parts Water

Directions
Some friends and I made this one night when we were low on rum and wanted to get a decent buzz.

Pour your warm water into a medium size mixing bowl. Next pour the jello powder in and stir. Stir for about 1-3 minutes then mix in equal parts of rum.

We used Captain Morgan's rum and two boxes of cherry Jello.
