Take a tall glass filled with crushed ice and add the Patron Cafe (Coffee Liqueur). Next, slowly add the vodka so it sits above the Patron Cafe. Finally slowly add the tonic water to the brim of the glass. Put a straw all the way into the glass. Sip from the bottom up with haste.
