Drop around three sliced strawberries into the bottom of a rocks glass and muddle with one spoon of demerara sugar.
Next, add 1.5 parts Amaretto and 1 part half&half (milk and cream). Fill the glass with crushed ice and mix gently so ingredience swirl together.
Add more ice to the glass so it forms a peak and drizzle strawberry liqueur over the top.
Finally garmish with a sliced strawberry and two small straws.
