Add two ounces of dry gin, one ounce of cream, two or three drops of orange-flower water, one egg white, a teaspoon of powdered sugar, a half ounce of lemon juice, and a half ounce of lime juice to your shaker of ice and shake for at least one minute. Make sure the mixture is sufficiently frothy and foamy.
Strain into a tall glass, top off with the soda water, and stir.
