1 part Coconut rum
Mixers
1 part Pineapple juice
Garnishes
Ice
Directions
Mix one part of each ingredient. Shake with ice. Strain and serve in large shot glass. From personal experience, I can tell you it goes well with Surfer on Acid shots.
